The Exportation of Pharmaceutical Products Subject to Compulsory Licenses to Third Countries Facing Public Health Related Problems: Actual Implementation of Relevant Amendments in the TRIPS Agreement into Turkish Law

This paper aims at explaining legal developments in regard to Article 31(f) of the TRIPS Agreement limiting the scope of compulsory licenses to predominant supply of the domestic market with a main focus on Turkish legislation, the law of the World Trade Organization and the European Union.
