Piştî nîqaşa derbarê paşxaneya dîrokî ya pirsgirêka ensestê û kompleksa Odîpusî, me varyanta kurdî li gel varyanta Sofoklesî, ji alîyê naverokê û lehengan ve berawird kir û me hewil da ku em xalên hevpar û cuda yên her du varyantan binirxînin. Piştra ji alîyê binyadê ve, hevparî û hevşibîna varyanta kurdî li gel ya Sofoklesî û çend varyantên ku ji nava gelên Balkanan û slav hatine berhevkirin hatin nirxandin.                            COMPARISON FO THE KURDISH VARIANT OF ODIPUS STORY WITH SOME OTHER VARIANTS                                                                                                AbstractIn this article, we have analysed the Kurdish variant of the Odipus story by comparing it to the Sophocles variant and some other variants collected among the Balkan and Slavic people. After discussing the historical background of the Odipus complex and the question of incest, we compared the Kurdish variant and the Sophocles variant in terms of content and context and attempted to highlight common and different points between them. Then the common points and similarities of Kurdish variant and Sophocles variant were compared altogether with some other variants collected among the Balkan and Slavic people.Key words: Oedipus, incest, marriage, streility of parents, history
