Lösemili Adölesanlarda Psikolojik Sağlamlığın İncelenmesi: Karşılaştırmalı Bir Çalışma
Amaç: Araştırma, lösemi tanısıyla izlenen 15-18 yaş dönemindeki adölesanların psikolojik sağlamlıkdüzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla karşılaştırmalı tanımlayıcı tasarımda gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yöntem: Araştırma grubunun örneklemini iki üniversite hastanesi ve Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı bir eğitimaraştırma hastanesinin çocuk hematoloji polikliniklerinde lösemi tanısı ile izlenen 15-18 yaş arası80 adölesan oluşturmuştur. Karşılaştırma grubunun örneklemini ise seçilen bir lisenin 9, 10, 11 ve 12.sınıflarında okuyan 15-18 yas arası 80 sağlıklı öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veriler, anket formu ve CaliforniaPsikolojik Sağlamlık ve Ergen Gelişim Ölçeği / Yılmazlık Değerlendirme Ölçeği uygulanarak toplanmıştır.Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, varyansların homojenlik testi (Levene), Mann-Whitney U testi, KruskalWallis varyans analizi ve Ki-Kare testi kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, lösemili adölesanlar ile sağlıklı adölesanların psikolojik sağlamlıkdüzeylerinde anlamlı bir fark belirlenmemiştir (p>0.05). Examining the Psychological Resilience of Adolescents with Leukemia: A Comparative Study
Aim: This descriptive and comparative research was conducted to determine the level of psychological resilience of adolescents diagnosed with leukemia. Method: The sample research group comprised of eighty adolescents in the 15-18 age group who have leukemia in pediatric hematology outpatient clinics. The sample comparison group comprised of eighty healthy adolescents in the 15-18 age group who were students from years 9, 10, 11, and 12th in a high school. Data was collected using a socio-demographic questionnaire and the California Healthy Kids Survey Resilience and Youth Development Module High School Questionnaire form. The Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskal Wallis variance analysis, homogeneity test (Levene), and Ki kare Test were used to evaluate the data. Results: It was seen that there were no significant differences between the psychological resilience of adolescents with leukemia and healthy adolescents (p>0.05) Females were observed to have higher levels of psychological resilience than males in the research group.
