Atık Sığır Fetuslarında Chlamydophila abortus’ un Mikrobiyolojik Kültür ve PZR ile Saptanması

Bu çalışmada abort yapan 47 sığıra ait fetusun doku örnekleri Chlamydophila abortus yönünden polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PZR) ve mikrobiyolojik kültür yöntemleriyle incelendi. 47 fetusun 3’ünde C.abortus DNA’sı saptandı. PZR pozitif örneklerin tümü kültür pozitifti.

The Detection of Chlamydophila abortus from Aborted Bovine Fetuses Using PCR and Microbiological Culture

In the present study, tissue samples from 47 aborted bovine fetuses were analysed to detect the presence of Chlamydophila abortus by polymerase chain reaction and microbiological culture. Chlamydophila abortus DNA was detected in 3 of 47 aborted bovine fetuses by PCR. All of PCR positive samples were culture positive.
