Bu çalışmada, Woodcock potansiyeli Hildebrand hal denklemleri yardımıyla parametrize edilerek gerekli parametreler hesaplandı.Bu potansiyel de itici enerji kısmı Born-Lande ve Born-Mayer , itici potansiyel formlarının çarpımı şeklindedir. 16 adet NaCl yapıdaki alkali halideler için kohesif enerji Woodcock potansiyel kullanılarak hesaplandı

In this study , Woodcock Potential is parametrized using Hildebrand equations of the state and requirement the parameters are calculated. This potential form represents the composite form of the inverse power dependence and the exponential dependence of the repulsive energy. The applicability of the Woodcok potential is considered for studying the cohesive energy of sixteen NaCl - structure alkali halides.
