Özlüce Baraj Gölü (Kiğı/Bingöl) epilitik diyatomeleri ve memvsimsel değişimleri

Özlüce Baraj Gölü' nün epilitik diyatomeleri Ocak 2001-Aralık 2001 tarihleri arasında bir yıl süre ile araştırılmıştır. Diyatomelere ait toplam 47 tür kaydedilmiştir. Nitzschia (8 tür), Cocconeis (6 tür) ve Navicula (6 tür), Özlüce Baraj Gölü' nün araştırılan kıyı bölgesinde en fazla türle temsil edilen diyatome genuslan olurken; Aulocoseıia granulata, Cocconeis spp. ve Gomphonema spp., epiliton içerisinde ortaya çıkış sıklıkları ve oluşturdukları populasyonların büyüklüğü bakımından en önemli taksonlar olmuşlardır. Diyatomeler en iyi gelişmelerini ilkbahar ve yaz mevsimlerinde gerçekleştirirken, sonbahar ve kış, diyatomelerin birey sayılan bakımından fakir olduğu devreler olmuştur.

Epilithic diatoms in Özlüce Dam Lake (Kiğı/Bingöl) and their seasonal variations

The epilithic diatoms of Özlüce Dam Lake were investigated from January 2001 to December 2001. A total of 47 diatom taxa was recorded during the study. Nitzschia (8 taxa), Cocconeis (6 taxa) and Navicula (6 taxa) were represented by most species in the studied part of the littoral region. Aulocoseria granulata, Cocconeis spp. and Gomphonema spp.,were found to be the most conspicuous species with respect to frequency of occurrence and cell numbers in epilithic community. Diatoms showed their best growth in spring and to some extent in summer whilst they occurred in lower cell numbers in autumn and winter.
