Kerevit (Astacus leptodactylus Eschscholtz, 1823)' in Gastroenteropankreatik sistemini histolojik yapısının incelenmesi

Kerevit (Astacus leptodactylus)’in gastroenteropankreatik sisteminin histolojik yapısı incelendi. Histolojik kesitlere hematoksilen-eosin boyaması yapıldı. Mide, bağırsak ve hepatopankreas’ın histolojik yapıları belirlendi. Ayrıca, immunohistokimyasal boyama teknikleri kullanılarak kerevit’in gastroenteropankreatik endokrin hücrelerinde glukagon ve insülin immunoreaktiviteleri incelendi. Bunlardan sadece hepatopankreasta glukagon immunoreaktivitesine rastlandı. Gastroenteropankreatik endokrin hücrelerinde insülin immunoreaktivitesi ise bulunamadı.

An investigation on the histological structure of gastroenteropancreatic system of freshwater crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus Eschscholtz, 1823)

In the present study, histological structure of gastroenteropancreatic organs of freshwater crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) were investigated. Histologic sections were stained with hematoxylen-eosin. Histological structures of the stomach, intestine and hepatopancreas were determined. In addition, glucagon and insulin immunoreactivity were investigated in the gastroenteropancreatic endocrin cells of freshwater cryfish using immunohistochemical staining. Glucagon immunoreactivity was found only in the hepatopancreas. However, insulin immunoreactivity in the gastroenteropancreatic endocrin cells weren’t observed.
