Bu çalışmada, Kahramanmaraş'ın değişik yerlerindeki evlerin oturma ve yatak odalarında radon gazı aktiviteleri CR-39 nükleer iz dedektörleri kullanılarak ölçüldü ve ölçümlerle ilgili yöntemler açıklandı. Ölçülen radon aktiviteleri; odaların kendi aralarında, yerden yükseklikleri ve havalanma durumlarına göre değerlendirildi. Bunlara ilaveten aktivite düzeylerinin evlerde yaşayan fertler üzerindeki biyolojik etkileri tartışıldı

İn this study, the radon gas activities have measured using the CR-39 nuclear track dedectors in the bathrooms and living rooms of the houses in the various areas of the Kahramanmaraş and the methods concerned with the measurments have been exlained. The measured radon activities compared with the rooms according to the highs from the floor of the building and the vantilasyon situations of the rooms. In addition, the biolocial effects on the people living in the buildings of the radon activity have been discussed.
