CdS filmleri Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis tekniği ile 300$pm5^circ C$ taban sıcaklığında mikroskop cam tabanlar üzerine çöktürülmüştür. Filmlerin In $sigmasim10^3/T$ değişim grafikleri karanlık ve aydınlık şartlarda çizilmiştir. Bu şartlar altında tüm sıcaklık aralığı yüksek sıcaklık bölgesi, tükenme bölgesi ve düşük sıcaklık bölgesi olarak üç bölgeye ayrılmıştır ve bu grafiklerden CdS filmlerinin aktivasyon enerjileri hesaplanmıştır.

CdS films were deposited onto microscope glass substrates at 300$pm5^circ C$substrate temperature by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis technique. In $sigmasim10^3/T$ plots of the films were plotted in dark and light conditions. The overall temperature range in these conditions can be divided into three regions as the high temperature region, the depletion region and the low temperature region and from these plots, the activation energies of CdS films were calculated.
