Bu çalışmada, Etibank Şarkkromları Ferrokrom Fabrikası curufundaki kromun ekstraksiyonu araştırıldı. Ekstraksiyon verimi üzerine etki eden faktörler belirlenerek, optimum ekstraksiyon koşulları saptandı. Sıvı-sıvı ekstraksiyonunda Cr(VI)'nm o-ksilen içinde TIOA ile % 97 eksfrakte edilebildi. Cr(VI)'nın organik fazdaki varlığı; IR ve UV ile, konsantrasyonu ise AAS kullanılarak bulundu.

In this study, the exfraction of chromium from ferrochrome slag assured from Etibank Şarkkrom Ferrochrome plant was investigated. The effective factors on die efficiency of extraction of chromium were determined and optimum extracting conditions were found. In the liquid-liquid exfraction of Cr(VI) with TIOA in o-xylene, chromium was extracted to be 97 %. The existence of Cr(VI) in the organic phase was identified by IR and UV, the concentration of chromium was determined with AAS.
