Asfalt karışımlarının dönel presle sıkıştırılması

Bu çalışmada, bitümlü sıcak karışımların tasarımı Superpave Metodu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun için öncelikle bu metotta kullanılan dönel pres, FÜBAP desteğinde Elazığ Sanayiinde yaptırılmıştır. Bu presle Superpave Metodunun öngördüğü şekilde bitümlü karışım numuneleri hazırlanarak sıkıştırılmıştır. Ayrıca katkı malzemesinin bu numuneler üzerindeki etkisini görmek için katkılı numuneler de hazırlanarak birbiriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Ülkemizde ilk defa bu metod ile laboratuarda deney yapılmış ve uygun sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Compaction of asphalt mixes with gyratory compactor

In this study, analysis of bituminous mixes were performed by Superpave Method. The gyratory compactor required for this method is made in Elazığ with the support of FUBAP. Asphalt mixtures specimens were prepared according to Superpave Method and then they were compressed. Furthermore, to see the effects of the additive material on these specimens, specimens involving additive materials were prepared and they were compared with each others. In our country, the first laboratory experiments about Superpave Method were performed and successive results were obtained.
