GIDALARDA Yersinia enterocolitica’NIN MEVCUDİYETİ VE YERSİNİOSİS

Bu derlemede, halk sağlığı açısından potansiyel bir tehlike oluşturan Yersinia  enterocolitica’nın genel özel-liklerinin yanı sıra, epidemiyolojisi, gıdalardaki dağılımı ve oluşturduğu enfeksiyonun semptomları son yıl-larda yapılan çalışmaların ışığında  tartışılmıştır
