Bilateral İkinci Brankial Ark Fistülünde Radyolojik Görüntüleme: Vaka Sunumu
Brankial anomaliler, brankial yarık olarak adlandırılan ektodermin invaginasyonları ile bölümlere ayrılan altı mezodermal arkın oluşturduğu brankial apparatusun gelişimsel anomalileridir. İkinci brankial ark anomalileri en yaygın brankial anomalilerdir. Cinsiyet yatkınlığı bulunmamaktadır. Tanıları klinik olarak konur. Biz bu makalede 16 yaşında bayan hastada tespit edilen nadir görülen bilateral ikinci brankial ark fistülü olgusunda görüntülemenin önemini vurguladık
Radiology Imagıng of Bilateral Second Branchial Arch Fistula: Case Report
Branchial anomalies are the developmental anomalies of the branchial apparatus which consist of six mesodermal arches seperated by invaginations of the ectoderm called as clefts. Second branchial arches anomalies are the most common branchial anomalies. There is no gender predilection. These are clinically diagnosed. We present a case of rare bilateral branchial fistula in a young lady with a distinctive emphasis on imaging
