Bu ara?tyrmada, Ynönü Üniversitesi E?itim Fakültesi Ylkö?retim Bölümü Synyf Ö?retmenli?i Anabilim Daly'nda ö?renim görmekte olan ö?retmen adaylarynyn müzik e?itimine yönelik görü?lerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmy?tyr. 2009-2010 ve 2010-2011 e?itim-ö?retim yyllarynda söz konusu Anabilim Daly'nda okumakta olan ve "Müzik" ve "Müzik Ö?retimi" derslerini almy? olan 80 synyf ö?retmeni adayy ara?tyrmanyn çaly?ma grubunu olu?turmu?tur. Synyf ö?retmeni adaylaryna lisans e?itimlerinde almy? olduklary müzik e?itimi sonucu ilkö?retim birinci kademedeki müzik e?itimi ve bu kurumlardaki mevcut müzik e?itimi, bu derslerin içeri?i, i?levselli?i ve almy? olduklary müzik e?itiminin kendilerini mesleki ya?ama hazyrlama durumu ile ki?isel kazanymlary hakkyndaki görü?leri sorulmu?tur. Elde edilen veriler kategorisel analiz tekni?i ile çözümlenmi?tir. Ara?tyrma sonucunda synyf ö?retmeni adaylary müzik e?itimi açysyndan kendilerini mesle?e hazyr hissetme durumlaryny ve müzik derslerini yürütebilme konusundaki görü?lerini belirtmi?lerdir. Ayryca; ele?tirel baky? açysyyla ilkö?retimdeki mevcut müzik e?itimini de?erlendirebilme yetisi kazandyklaryny, temel bilgileri edinmenin yany syra almy? olduklary müzik e?itimiyle ki?isel kazanymlar da elde ettiklerini bildirmi?lerdir. Synyf ö?retmeni adaylary ayryca dersin içeri?i ve i?leni?iyle ilgili ya?adyklary sorunlary da dile getirmi?lerdir. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda synyf ö?retmeni adaylaryna lisans programynda verilen müzik derslerinin ders saatlerinin arttyrylmasy, adaylaryn müzik ö?retim yöntemlerini uygulayabilecek yeterlilik ve düzeye ula?malarynyn sa?lanmasy gibi öneriler geli?tirilmi?tir.

In this research, it is aimed to determine the views about music teaching of the candidates attending Ynönü University Faculty of Education Classroom Teaching department. Study group of the research comprises 80 class teacher candidates attending the mentioned department in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 education terms and attended "Music" and "Music Teaching" classes. Class teacher candidates are asked about their views concerning music teaching in the first level of primary education as result of music education they take in their university classes, present music education in these institutions, contents of these lessons, functioning, whether the music education they took made any contribution to their professional preparation and their personal gains. The data obtained are analyzed by categorical analysis method. In consequence of the research, class teacher candidates expressed their professional readiness in terms of music education and views about being able to carry out music lessons. Also, they expressed they gained competence to critically evaluate the current music education in primary education and they obtained personal gains as well as basic knowledge. Class teacher candidates also expressed the problems they suffer about the content and processing of the lessons. In consequence of obtained data, suggestions such as increasing the hours of music lessons given to class teacher candidates in undergraduate program, providing the candidates with the competence to implement music teaching methods are developed.
