Firma performansının belirlenmesinde iç girişimciliğin rolü- ISO 500 üzerinde bir araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de iç girişimciliğin işletme performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışma, Türkiye’de İSO 500 işletmelerinde, 2009 yılı itibariyle yapılmıştır. İç girişimciliğin işletme performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılması için kullanılan ölçek konuyla ilgili mevcut literatürden alınmıştır. Çalışmada, iç girişimcik ve kârlılık ve büyüme arasındaki ilişki ortaya konulmaktadır. Diğer araştırmacılar tarafından kullanılan ölçümler esas alınarak, iç girişimcilik; yeni iş girişimi, ürün/hizmet yeniliği, kendi kendini yenileme, agresif rekabetçilik, süreç yeniliği, risk ve proaktiflik kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonucunda, ürün/hizmet yeniliği ve proaktiflikle, kârlılık arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Benzer şekilde, ürün/hizmet yeniliği ve proaktiflikle büyüme arasında yine anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

The Role of intrapreneurship on firm performance- a survey on ISO 500

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of intraprenuership on firms performance in Turkey. The data for the study has been collected from ISO 500 firms in Turkey in 2009. In this study, the relationship between intraprenuership and firm growth and profitability is explored. Using the measures devised by earlier researchers attempting to assess intraprenuership, new business venture, product/ service innovation, self renewal, competitive aggressiveness, process innovation, risk and proactiviness are examined. The findinds of the study indicate that profitability is significantly and positively releated with product/services innovativeness and proactiviness. Smilarly, growth is found to be significantly and positively related with product/services, innovativeness and proactivity.
