Tekrarlanan Fırınlamaların Farklı Tam Seramik Sistemler Üzerine Etkisinin Densitometrik Analizi

Dental seramikler estetik görünümleri, biyolojik açıdan kabul edilebilirlikleri ve kimyasal stabiliteleri nedeniyle günümüzde yaygın olarak kullanılan dental restoratif materyallerdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı tam seramik sistemler üzerinde tekrarlanan fırınlamaların etkisinin densitometrik olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmada, ısı ve basınç yöntemiyle elde edilen IPS e-max lityum disilikat ve CAD/CAM yöntemiyle elde edilen zirkonyum oksit esaslı tam seramik olmak üzere iki farklı sistem kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın her bir tam seramik grubu; konrol grubu, 1, 3, 5, 7 ve 9 kez olmak üzere tekrarlanan fırınlamalar uygulanmış altı alt gruptan oluşmaktadır. Tam seramik örneklerin densitometrik analizini yapmak için her gruptan radyograflar elde edilmiştir. İstatistiksel analizler yapmak için ANOVA testi ve LSD testi kullanılmıştır p

The Densitometric Analysis of the Effects of Repeated Firings on Different All Ceramic Systems

Introduction Dental ceramics are commonly used dental restorative materials at the present time due to their aesthetic appearance, biological acceptability and chemical stability. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of the repeated firings on different all ceramics by means of the densitometric analysis. Material and Methods Two different all ceramic systems IPS e-max press and zirconia based all ceramic systems were used in this study. Speciemens were divided into 6 subgroups as; control group, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9threpeated firing processes for each all ceramics systems.
