Evaluation of Platform-Switch Implant Supported Crown Restorations With Fully Sin- terized Resin-Nano Zirconia Ceramic System: Case Repor

Aesthetic, strength and retention are the most important parameters for implant supported single crown restorations. Especially, by the use of com- puter aided design/computer aided manufacture CAD/CAM technology with ceramic blocks to produce monolithic restorations, it is possible to complete the restorations in shorter time and get better durability. In this case report, it is exhibited two resin- nano ceramic crowns applied over implants pro- duced by using platform switching concept, ensu- ring the protection of osteon integration and a useful method, for 40 years old man with missing teeth of right maxillary first premolar and left ca- nine. The fact that the crown restorations are pro- duced by single sessions and applied to the pati- ents and their aesthetic properties are highly app- reciated by the patient and that clinical and radio- logical complications are not encountered in the control sessions show that positive results are ob- tained
