Mine yüzeyi hazırlama tekniklerinin iki farklı fissür örtücünün mikrosızıntısına etkisi

In–vitro çalışmamızda, üç farklı mine yüzeyihazırlama tekniğinin, farklı doldurucu oranlarınasahip rezin esaslı fissür örtücülerin mikrosızıntısına etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, 60 adet çekilmiş çürüksüz yirmi yaş dişi kullanılmıştır n=10 . Mine yüzeylerine; 1. grupta;%37’ lik fosforik asit FGM, Condec 37,USA 30sn, 2. grupta; sadece Er:YAG lazer 240 mJ, 10 Hz,2940nm dalga boyu , 3.grupta; lazeri takiben asit15sn uygulanmıştır.

Effect of Enamel Preperation Methods on Microleakage of Two Different Fissure Sealants

This in-vitro study compared the microleakage of unfilled and filled resin–based fissure sealant materials, after acid etched and Er:YAG laser treated enamel. Extracted sound human third molars were randomly assigned into 6 groups n=10/each . The occlusal surfaces were sealed with an unfilled Clinpro TM, 3M ESPE and filled Helioseal F, Ivoclar Vivadent resin-based fissure sealant material after one of the following pretreatments; 1. phosphoric acid etching only 30 sc ; 2. Er:YAG laser 240 mJ, 10 Hz, 2940nm wavelength ; 3. Er:YAG laser + acid etching 15 sc . Teeth were thermal cycled from 5-55 0C 1000 times with 15 sc dwell time at each temperature. Teeth were sectioned bucco-lingually and stained with basic fuchsin. Microleakage was evaluated at X50 optical magnification with a stereo-microscope. Data were statistically analysed with Kruskal-Wallis test. In this study, microleakage was found to be related to the enamel surface conditioning rather than the filler ratio of the material. Marginal leakage of the filled resin sealant was found to be similar with the unfilled resin group p>0.05 . The microleakage in Er:YAG laser group displayed greater microleakage than the other groups p 0.05 . Er:YAG laser irradiation did not eliminate the need for the acid etching of the enamel surface before sealant application
