Migrate alt sağ gömülü kanin dişinin ototransplantasyonu: Vaka raporu

Gömülü kanin dişler konumları nedeniyle ortodontik olarak yerine alınamayacak durumdaysa, gömülü dişin ototransplantasyonu diğer bir tedavi seçeneği olarak düşünülebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda 13 yaşındaki bir kız çocuğunun ortodontik tedavi sürecinde gerçekleştirilen, migrate, gömülü 43 nolu dişinin transplantasyon ile yapılan tedavisi sunulmuştur. Hastada yapılan değerlendirmeler sonrasında; fonksiyon, fonasyon ve estetik olarak oklüzyonda çok önemli bir yer teşkil eden kanin dişin arka dahil edilmesinin yanı sıra, transplantasyon sonrası gerçekleşebilecek enfeksiyon, kök rezorbsiyonu veya ankiloz gibi patolojik bir durumun gelişip gelişmediği 8 aylık takip süresince incelenmiştir

Auototransplantation of the migrated impacted mandibulary canine: A Case Report

The transplantation of impacted canines can be a treatment option when the impacted mandibulary canines cannot be replaced orthodontically because of their positions. The transplantation of impacted, migrated right mandibulary canine 43 , which were carried out during orthodontic treatment of a 13 year old girl patient, have been presented in this case report. After the canine aligned in the arch for obtaining a better occlusion and to improve the function, fonation and esthetics, ıt has been also examined development of pathologic states like root resorption, infection and ankylosis during 8 months of folow up
