Spektrofotometrik Metod ile Sütte Fosfor ve Demir Tayini Üzerinde Çalışmalar

Atatürk Orman Çiftliğinden temin edilen 87 ayrı güğümden alınan numunelerde fosfor ve demir miktarları tesbit edilmiştir. Biyokimyada uygulanan Spektrofotometrik metodlan süt numunelerine uygulanmış sütte total fosfor miktan 55- 129 mg./100 ml. Demir miktarı ise 0,040- 0,910 mg./100 ml. tesbit edilmiştir. Metodu deneme mahiyetinde olan çalışmalarımız numunelerin belli hayvanlardan temini güç olduğu için güğüm sütlerinden yapılmıştır

A Spectrophotometric Study on the Determination of lron and Phosphorus in Milk Samples

The amount of iron and phosphorus in 87 milk samples from Atatürk Orman Çiftliği, were determined colorimetrically. The total phosphor in milk was 55- 129 mg./100 ml. and the iron was 0.040- 0.910 mg./100 ml. which were almost the same as the amounts of those obtained from other investigations.
