Vibriosis Bakımından Mucus-Aglutinasyon Testiyle Araştırma

965 baş ineğe ait vajen mayii numuneleri Danimarka metoduna göre MUCUS- aglutinasyon testiyle muayene edilmiş olup, S mli.sbet 15 şüpheli reaksiyon elde edilmiştir. Yine resmi laboratuvar kayıtlarına göre, Türkiye'nin muhtelif ınıntıkalarma ait koyun sürülerinde vukua gelen anzootik sıkıt vak'alarından, atık ceninlerin mide muhtevilerinden dalak ve karadğerlerinderi 29 adet Vibrio fetus suşu elde edilmiş olması memleketimizde koyunlar arasında Vibriosis'in yaygın olduğunu göstermektedir. Buna mukabil bugüne kadar ineklerden, manda ve keçilerden henüz Vibrio organizmleri izole edilememiştir.

Studies on the Mucus Agglutination Test for Vibriosis

According to the official records of our laboratory, 96S samples of . the vaginal - mucus collected from the cattle were examined for screening purpose by Danish Mucus- agglutination method. We have obtained anly S positive and lS suspected reactions by Danish method. . _ Up to date, we have isolated 29 Vibrio fetus strains from the anzootical abortion cases among the sheep in different parts of Turkey. These results show that Vibrio fetus infection has been widespread among the sheep in our country. But we have not yet obtained any Vibrio strain from cows, water buffaloes or goats. "
