Sığır Vebasına Karşı Buzagılarda Aktif ve Pasif Bağışıklık Üzerinde Denemeler

Değişik yaştaki buzağılar üzerinde aktif ve pasif bağışıklık de nemeleri yapılmıştır. Aşılı 53 montafon inek serumu SNİ metodu ile incelenmiş ve hepsi asgari 2,4 ve daha yukarı titre vermiştir Bu ineklerden doğan 21 buzağı serumu ve kolostrum serumu ayni testlere tabi tutulmuş ve mukayese edildiği zaman dogumdan he men sonra anaların serum titresinde düşme (1,7 - 2,4) kolostrum serumunun ana serumundan yüksek olduğu (2 - 2,9), buzağı se rumlarının ise kolostrum ve ana serumundan daha düşük (1,1 - 1,7) titre verdiği tesbit edilmiştir. Bağışık analardan doğan 1, 2, 3, 6 ve 8 aylık buzağı serumları sırasıyla ortalama 1; 0,7; 0,55; 0,4; 0,2 titre gös termiş tir. 3 aylık buzağılardan 1 başı vinilan kanla eprüve edilmiş, 2 ba şı hastalarla temasta bırakılmış, her 3 buzağı hastalığı alarak sığır vebsı septom ve lezyonlarıyla ölmüşlerdir. Bağışık analardan doğan 3, 6 ve 8 aylık buzağılar KO Slğır ve bası aşısıyla aşılandıkları zaman serum titrelerindeki antikor se viyesi ana serumundaki seviyeye yükselmiş (2,4 - 2,9) ve kontrollar la birlikte yapılan eprüvelerde hastalığa karşı tam bağışıklık ka zandıkları tesbit edilmiştir .

Active and passif immunity in the calves of various age groups born from immun cows were tested in comparison with their dams and colostrum. The antibody titers of the sera collected from vac cinated 53 Swiss - brown cows were found to be 2,4 or more. Among them 21 sera after birth showed less antibody titer (1,7 - 2,4). 15 samples of colostral wheys taken from the same ani mals were greater than those of the sera . In turn the antibody ti ters of 21 calves' sera after suckling were less than both dams' se ra and colostral wheys (1,1 - 1,7).
