Bir Buzağıda Cerebellar Hypdplasia Olayı

Bir buzağıda cerebeller hipoplazi ile ilgili morfolojik bir ça lışma yapılmıştır. Günlük bakteriyolojik tetkiklerden olumsuz sonuç alınmıştır. Postmortem yoklamalarda beyincik dışında kalan kısımlarda bir bozukluk bulunamamıştır. Cerebellum anormal derecede küçük idi. Histolojik yoklamalarda beyincik yapı bakımından ziyadesiyle değişik bulunmuştur. Durum etiyolojik olarak tartışılmıştır.

A Case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia in a Calf

A morphologic study was made of « A case of cerebellar hypo plasia in a calf». Routine bacteriogical examination proved negative . Postmortem examination failed to reveal any gross abnorma lity except for marked hypoplasia of the cerebellum . The cerebel lum was abnormally small and almost rudimentary. The other regions of the brain did not reveal any unequivocal abnormality . The cerebellum showed marked variations in histologic exa minations. Structural positions in the hypoplastic cerebellum was more different than normal ones. The data were discussed etiologically in the article.
