Dipyrone, Antipyrine and Aminopyrine are phenyl - pyrazolonderivation.The method of paper chromatography has been employed bothin the detection of these three drugs whiclı are used largely in medicineand in the distinction of one from the others.Reactions to the drugs have been shownon table (1).The urine taken from a horse that is injected Dipyrone solitionhas been studied. ·The results obtained through the method of paper clıromatographybring out the fact that Dipyrone be detected in the urine takenfrom a horse and distinguished from Antipyrine and Aminopyrine.
