1. In this study we made investigation on the quantitative determinations of serum calcium in normal kıvırcık sheep ( 28 sh e ep) and cows serum ( 43 cows). The cows w ere from differet parts of Turkey and the blood is taken from the cows at slaughter- house of (Et ve Balık Kurumu) . The method of Kramer - Tisdall was used for the determination of calcium2.
