Konya Yöresindeki Sığırlarda Neospora Caninum’un Yaygınlığının Serolojik Olarak Araştırılması

Bu çalışmada; Konya yöresindeki dişi sığırlarda Neospora caninum’un yaygınlığının serolojik olarak belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kan serum örnekleri, Ocak 2010 - Aralık 2010 tarihleri arasında farklı yaş gruplarındaki atık yapan ve yapmayan, toplam 385 inekten toplanmıştır. Kan serumlarında İndirekt Fluoresan Antikor (IFA) testi kullanılarak N.caninum’a karşı oluşan IgG antikorları aranmıştır. Yapılan muayenede; toplam 385 kan serumunun 34’ünde (%8.83) seropozitiflik saptanmış, bunlardan atık hikayeli 76 kan serumunun 9’u (%11.84) ve atık yapmamış 309 kan serumunun ise 25’i (%8.09) seropozitif bulunmuştur.

Seroprevalance of Neospora caninum in cattle investigation in Konya

In this study aimed to determine Konya region was detected in cows with the prevalence of Neospora caninum. Blood sera samples, January 2010 - December 2010 between the different age groups considered in aborted or not the total of 385 animals were collected. Blood sera Indirect Fluorescent Antibody (IFA) test using the N.caninum IgG antibodies were searched: 34 (8.83%) of 385 blood sera were seropositive. In the evaluation, 9 (11.84%) of aborted the 76 cows blood sera seropositive and 25 (8.09%) of 309 not aborted group blood sera were seropositive.
