Kavramsal Bağlamı ve Olası Tartışma Alanlarıyla Psikolojik Sözleşme: Bir Gözden Geçirme Çalışması

ÖzetÇalışma hayatında işgücü verimliliği klasik yönetim anlayışınınüzerinde durduğu önemli alanlardan birisi olmuştur. Teknolojikdeğişim, küreselleşme, kalite anlayışı, sürdürülebilirlik ve sosyalinovasyon yönetim anlayışını değiştirmiş ve işletmelerin hem içhem dış çevresini şekillendirmiştir. Bu süreçte işgücü giderekdaha da önem kazanmış ve değişen endüstriyel ilişkileri açıklamakiçin farklı kuram, yöntem ve araçlar kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda,çalışanların tutum ve davranışlarının belirleyicisi olan psikolojiksözleşme, işgören-işveren ilişkisini açıklamakta da faydalıolmaktadır. Ancak, çalışanların tutum ve davranışlarının anlaşılabilmesiiçin onların algılarının bilinmesine ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır.Psikolojik sözleşme yöneticilere bu bakış açısını sunabilen biraraç, bir yöntem niteliği taşımaktadır. Bu çerçevede, bu çalışmadapsikolojik sözleşmenin tanımı, kapsamı, boyutları ve gelişimikuramsal yaklaşımlar bağlamında ele alınmakta, kuramsaleleştiriler incelenmekte ve gelecekteki çalışmalar için bazı önerilerdebulunulmaktadır.
