Poliklinik ve Doğum Hizmeti Veren Hastanelerde Girdi Tıkanıklığı ve Aylak Girdiler

Veri zarflama analizini kullanan çalışmalarda genellikle sadece teknik etkinlik düzeyi hesaplanmaktadır. Fakat girdilerin hangilerinin ne düzeyde etkinsiz kullanıldığı ve nedenlerinin belirlenmesi açısından girdi tıkanıklığı ve aylak girdilerinde belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada şimdiye kadar oldukça ihmal edilmiş bu değişkenler hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak incelenen hastanelerde etkinlik düzeyi 0.522 gibi çok düşük düzeye sahip olduğu anlaşılmıştır
