CAM LYF KATKILI BETONDA FYLLER MALZEMESY OLARAK ATIK MERMER TOZUNUN KULLANILABYLYRLY?YNYN ARA?TIRILMASI

Bu çaly?mada, farkly oranlarda cam lif içeren betonlara filler malzeme olarak atyk mermer tozunun ilave edilmesi sonucu elde edilen numunelerin mekanik ve fiziksel özellikleri incelendi. Bu amaçla, 300 ve 350 dozlu olarak hazyrlanan beton numunelerin üretimi syrasynda kary?yma 5, 10, 15 ve 20 kg/m3 oranlarynda kyrpylmy? cam lif ilave edilerek elde edilen bu serilere filler malzeme ile hacimce %25, 50, 75 ve 100 oranlarynda yer de?i?tirecek ?ekilde atyk mermer tozu ilave edildi. Elde edilen numuneler üzerinde porozite, sorptivite, ultrases geçi? hyzy, yarmada çekme dayanymy ve basynç dayanymy deneyleri gerçekle?tirildi. Çaly?ma neticesinde, cam lif katkyly betonlara atyk mermer tozu ilavesi ile elde edilen numunelerin basynç dayanymy, yarmada çekme dayanymy ve ultrases geçi? hyzy artmy?, porozite ve sorptivite de?erleri de azalmy?tyr.

RESEARCH OF WASTE MARBLE DUST USABILITY AS A FILLER MATERIAL IN CONCRETE WITH GLASS FIBRE

During this study, mechanical and physical properties of the obtained sample are examined as a conclusion of waste marble dust addition as a filler material into the glass fibre included concrete. For this purpose, during the production of the concrete sample which was 300 and 350 dosages prepared, 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg/m3 ratio clipped glass fibre added to the mixture besides filler material and %25, 50, 75 and 100 volume ratio waste marble dust which can be used in place of filler material. Porosity, sorptivity, ultrasonic pulse velocity, splitting tensile strength and compressive strength experiments are performed on the obtained samples. As a result of this study, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity of obtained samples which are obtained by the addition of waste marble dust to glass fibre concrete increased but porosity and sorptivity values decreased.
