FARKLI KÜR ?ARTLARININ POMZA AGREGALI HAFYF BETON ÖZELLYKLERYNE ETKYSYNYN ARA?TIRILMASI

Bu çaly?mada pomza hafif agregasy ile üretilen hafif beton numunelerinin havada, suda ve sera ortamynda kür edildikten sonra ki fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri ara?tyrylmy?tyr. Beton numunelerinin üretiminde 0-4 mm boyutlarynda nehir kumu ile 4-16 mm boyutunda Isparta yöresi pomza agregasy kullanylmy?tyr. Harçlaryn çimento miktary 350 kg/m3 ve su/çimento orany 0,5 olarak sabit tutulmu?tur. Dökülen beton numuneler (15x15x15) havada, suda ve ba?yl nemi yüksek olan bir ortamda (sera) kür uygulamasyna tabi tutulmu?tur. Numuneler üzerinde basynç dayanymy ve birim hacim a?yrlyk de?erleri belirlenmi?tir. Elde edilen sonuçlar üç farkly ortamda kür edilen numunelerin özellikleri ile kar?yla?tyrylmy? ve 7 günlük basynç dayanymy deneyi sonucunda sera ortamynda kür edilen numunenin basynç de?erlerinin daha yüksek oldu?u bunun yany syra 28 günlük basynç dayanymy deneyi sonucunda, suda kür edilmi? beton numunenin basynç de?erlerinin daha yüksek oldu?u görülmü?tür.

INVESTIGATION EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT CURING CONDITIONS ON PUMICE AGGREGATE LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE PROPERTIES

In this study lightweight concrete samples which are produced with pumice aggregates are researched for their physical and mechanic attributes after being cured in air, water and greenhouse environment. In the production of concrete samples, river sand which has the gradations of 0-4 mm. and pumice aggregations of Isparta area which have the gradations of 4-16mm. are used. Cement dosage 350 kg/m3 and the rate of water and cement which is 0,5 are fixed. concrete samples are demoulded(15x15x15)in cubes and cured in air, water and greenhouse. Compressive strenght and unit weight assets are caharacterized on the samples. the final results are compared with the characteristics of the samples which are cured in three different conditions and on the result of the 7-day of Compressive strenght the samples that are cured in greenhouse are higher than other conditions furthermore, on the result of the 28-day of Compressive strenght the concrete sample which is cured in water is higher than other conditions.
