Avrupa'da işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği alanında yeni gelişmeler ve mücadeleler

Bu yazı üç amaca hizmet etmek için kaleme alınmıştır. 1. Sık sık sorulan ve değinilen, Türkiye'nin işçi sağlığı vc güvenliği resmi sicilinin, dünya ve Avrupa'daki resmi veriler içerisinde konumuna değinmek. Bunu yaparken de alandaki istatistiki ve resmi yaklaşımların güncel içerik ve sınırlarını çizmek 2. Fransa merkezli olmak üzere, Avrupa'daki işçi sağlığı vc güvenliği alanının iş kazaları, meslek hastalıkları ve psikososyal risklere bölünen cari görünümünü çizmek. Bunu yaparken de alandaki mağdur ve muhatapların (başta kaza ve meslek hastalıklarında yakınlarının kaybedenlerin, meslek hastalığı doğuran çalışma ortamlarındaki işçilerin, iş sağlığı profesyonelleri müfettiş ve hekimlerin birliklerinin) oluşturduğu sosyal hareket ve örgütlenmeleri merkeze almak. 3. İSİG alanı içerisinde spesifik olarak kanserojen olduğu kanıtlanmış asbestin Türkiye'deki tehlikeli hikayesinin karşılaştırmalı bir resmimi çizmek.

New developments and struggles on occupational health and safety in europe

This article aims at addressing three key issues very scarcely dealt with in the academic literature: I. To give a critical account and analysis of Turkey's official statistics on occupational health and safety within world and European comparison. 2. To depict the occupational health and safety landscape ( including occupational accidents, illnesses and psychosocial risks) in Europe, deriving from the case of France and focusing on the social movements and organizations realized by the victims of such a landscape (mainly families of the victimized employers, workers themselves, professionals such as occupational physicians and labor inspectors). 3. Draw the tragic picture of the asbestos-induced problems and struggles in France and the situation in Turkey.
