Deliryum, demans veya depresyona sahip olmak kişinin diğer durumlardan birisini geliştirme riskini artırabilir, var olan bir durumu kötüleştirebilir veya diğer koşullardan birinin sonucu olabilir. Bu hastalıkların yaşlı bireylerde erken tanılanması, değerlendirilmesi ve bakımı deliryum, demans ve depresyonun yönetimi için önemlidir. Bu derleme yaşlılarda deliryum, demans ve depresyonun değerlendirilmesi ve bakımında kanıt temelli yaklaşımları vurgulamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Abstract: It is common for elderly people to have delirium, dementia and depression. Having delirium, dementia, or depression can increase a person’s risk of developing one of the other conditions, can exacerbate an existing condition, or can be a consequence of one of the other conditions. Early diagnosis, evaluation and care of these diseases in elderly people is important for the management of delirium, dementia and depression.
