SON GÜN VE SAATLERDEKİ YAŞAM SONU BAKIMINDA KANITA DAYALI UYGULAMA ÖNERİLERİ

Yaşam sonu dönem; organizmanın kendini yenileme yeteneğini yitirdiği, hastalığın son dönemine bağlı sağlığın azaldığı ve canlı olma durumunun sona erdiği süreçtir. Bu süreç hem hastayı hem de ailesini birçok yönden etkilemektedir. Yaşamın son gün ve saatlerinde olan hastalar ve ailelerinin fiziksel, psikolojik ve spiritüel gereksinimlerinin karşılanmasında tüm sağlık ekibi iş birliği içinde olmalıdır. Bu ekibin içinde yer alan hemşireler de önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu derleme yaşamın son gün ve saatlerinde olan hastalarda uygulanabilecek yaşam sonu bakımı ile ilgili kanıta dayalı yaklaşımları paylaşmayı amaçlamaktadır.

EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE RECOMMENDA TİON ABOUT EN O-OF-LiFE CARE DURING THE LAST DA YS AND HOURS

The end of life is defined as the organism loses the ability to renew itself and the end of the /ive status. Also the /ast period of life is defined; the process of reduced hea/th connected to the terminal stages of the disease. The process of death affects the individua/ as we/1 as family in many ways. Al/ hea/th team should be in cooperation for individua/s who are in the /ast days and hours of life and their families about eliminating their physical, psychological and spiritual needs and nurses within this team also has an important p/ace. This process is utilized in the provision of care in evidencebased practice. This article aims sharing evidence-based approaches that can be applied on end of life care for individua/s living in the /ast days and hours of life.
