ANNE DOSTU HASTANE KRİTERLERİ DOĞRULTUSUNDA ANNE SAĞLIĞI HİZMETLERİNİN GÖZDEN GEÇİRİLMESİ

The Coalition for Improving Maternity Services CIMS, Annelik Hizmetlerini iyileştirme Koalisyonu anne, bebek, aile sağlığı ve bakımı ile ilgili ulusal bir organizasyondur. Annelik Hizmetlerini İyileştirme Koalisyonu'nun misyonu, doğum sonuçlarını iyileştirecek ve önemli ölçüde maliyetleri azaltacak bir anne sağlık bakım modeli geliştirmektir. CIMS'in ilk konsensüs girişimi Anne Dostu Doğum Girişimidir. CIMS'in üyeleri, normal doğum süreci, güçlenme, özerklik, zarar vermeme, sorumluluk gibi prensiplere göre anne dostu doğum hizmetlerini organize etmekte ve çözümler bulmaktadır. Bu derlemede, CIMS'in hangi prensiplere göre anne dostu doğum hizmetlerini organize ettiği, çözümler bulduğu ve anne ölümlerini azaltmada. Anne Dostu Hastanelerinin önemi tartışılmıştır

The Coalition for Improving Maternity Services CIMS is a coalition ofindividuals a nd national organizations with concern for the çare a nd wellbeing o f mothers, babies, a nd families. The Coalition for Improving Maternity Services CIMS mission is to promote a vvellness model of maternity çare that will improve birth outcomes a nd substantially reduce costs. The first attempt consensus o fC İM S is Mother Friendly Childbirth Initiative. The members o fC İM S organize and find Solutions according,to the principles such as the normal birth process, empovverment, autonomy, do no harm, responsibility o f mother friendly birth Services. İn this review, which C IM S’in motherfriendly childbirth Services organized by the principles, a nd it finds Solutions in reducing maternal mortality, discussed the importance ofMother-Friendly Hospitals
