Rezin Kompozitlerin Renk Stabilitesi İle İlgili Bir Derleme: Kompozit Renklenmelerinin Etyolojisi, Sınıflandırılması Ve Tedavisi

Ön ve arka dişler için rezin kompozitlerin restoratif materyal olarak klinik kullanımları son yıllarda, önemli oranda artış göstermiştir. Bununla birlikte, rezin kompozitlerle ilişkili en önemli sorun ise kötü ağız hijyeni, sigara kullanımı, beslenme alışkanlıkları, yetersiz cila işlemleri, yüzey pürüzlülüğü ve bütünlüğünü içeren birçok faktör nedeniyle bu materyallerde gözlenen renklenmelerdir. Rezin kompozitlerin renklenmeleri, çok farklı estetik problemlere ve önemli miktarda zamanın ve paranın da bu durumu yönetmek için kullanılmasına neden olur. Bu derlemede, diş hekimliğinde yaygın olarak kullanılan rezin kompozitlerin renklenme oranlarının etyolojisi, tanısı, tedavisi, renklenme derecelerinin materyal ve türü ile ilişkisi ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır.

A Review Of The Color Stability Of Resin Composites: The Etiology, Classification And The Treatment Of Composite Staining

The clinical use of resin composite as a restorative material has substantially increased in recent years both for anterior and posterior teeth. However, the major problem associated with the resin composites is the discoloration of the materials because of several factors including bad oral hygiene, tobacco use, dietary patterns, inadequate polishing technique, surface texture, and surface integrity. Resin composites discolorations cause a range of aesthetic problems, and considerable amounts of time and money are invested to address this challenge. In this review, the etiology, determination, treatment, type and material related ratio of discoloration of resin composites that were commonly used in dentistry were discussed.
