Dental İmplant Çevresindeki Kemik Defektlerinin TamirindeEnjekte Edilebilir Trombositten Zengin Fibrin ile KullanılanSentetik Kemik Greftinin Etkinliğinin Değerlendirilmesi:Retrospektif Çalışma

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bu retrospektif çalışmanın amacı, enjekte ediliebilir trombositten zengin fibrin (E-TZF) ile kullanılan sentetik kemikgreftlerinin, implant çevresi defektlerin tamirinde kullanımının kısa dönem sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesidir.YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Bu retrospektif çalışma, 2018 ve 2019 Ocak ayları arasında, maksillada dental implant cerrahisi ile birlikteYKR uygulanmış ve YKR’de E-TZF ile sentetik kemik grefti kullanılmış olan hasta dosyaları incelenerek gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ogmentebukkal kemik genişliğindeki değişiklik, operasyonu takiben ve 6.ayda alınan dental volümetrik tomografiler üzerinden ölçülmüştür.Protetik yüklemeyi takiben 3. ve 6. ayda alınan periapikal radyografilerde marjinal kemik kaybı hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca, bir yıllık takipsürecinde dental implant sağ kalımı değerlendirilmiştir.BULGULAR: Toplam, 20 hasta dosyası (8 erkek ve 12 kadın; yaş aralığı 33 ile 56; yaş ortalaması 45.75 ± 6.43) değerlendirmeyealınmıştır. Evaluation of Effectiveness of Synthetic Bone Graft using with Injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin on Treatment of Peri-implant Bone Defects: A Retrospective Study

INTRODUCTION: The aim of this retrospective study is to evaluate the short-term outcomes of synthetic bone grafts using withinjectable platelet-rich fibrin (i-PRF) for treatment of peri-implant defects. METHODS: This retrospective study was conducted the patients who treated with dental implant in maxilla, and GBR using syntheticbone graft in combination with i-PRF, between January 2018 and January 2019. The change of augmented buccal bone width wasmeasured on cone beam-computed tomography images taken immediately and after 6th months. Marginal bone loss was calculatedon periapical radiographs taken at 3th and 6th months following prosthetic loading. Also, the survival rate of dental implants wasevaluated at 1 year follow-up.RESULTS: A total of 20 patients’ record (8 males and 12 females; age range 33 to 56; mean age 45.75 ± 6.43) were analyzed.
