Asidik maddelerin farklı dental porselenlerin yüzey özellikleri ve iyon çözünürlüğü üzerindeki etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesi

Gı̇rı̇ş ve Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı; asidik ajanların dental porselenlerin iyon salınımı ve yüzey özellikleri üzerine etkinliğini araştırmaktır. Yöntem ve Gereçler: 3 porselen tipinin her birinden 50 adet olacak şekilde diskler oluşturulmuştur. Porselen diskler 5 farklı saklama ajanında bekletilmiştir. Batırma işlemi sona erdikten sonra tüm sıvı kompozisyonlar, ICP-MS (İndüktif Eşlemeli Plazma - Kütle Spektrometresi) cihazında iyon çözünürlüğü açısından değerlendirilmiştir. İşleme alınmış olan diskler ESEM (Çevresel Tarama Elektron Mikroskobu) altında yüzey özellikleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Evaluation of the effect of acidic agents on ion leaching and surface characteristics of different dental porcelains

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of acidic agents on ion leaching of dental porcelain. Methods: Fifty discs were fabricated from 3 different types of porcelain. All porcelains were immersed in 5 liquid agents. Ion leaching was measured with an inductively coupled plasma – mass spectrometer. Surface characteristics of specimens were examined using environmental scanning electron microscopy.
