4 İmplant Üzerı̇ Sabı̇t Protetı̇k Restorasyon Konsepti

Kaybedilen dişlerin dental implantlarla yerinekonulmasısık tercih edilen ve başarıoranı yüksek bir tedavi yöntemidir.Diş çekimisonrası alveolar rezorpsiyonunun zaman içinde ilerlemesiyle, maksilla ve mandibulada atrofi meydana gelebilir. Maksiller ve mandibular atrofisi olanhastalarıntotal protezlerle rehabilitasyonunda, hasta memnuniyeti genelde düşük bulunmaktadır. Dişsiz çenelerin dört implant üzeri sabit protetik restorasyon konseptiyle rehabilitasyonunda, kemik grefti uygulanması gerekmemekte, anatomik yapılara zarar verme riski minimuma indirilerek anında fonksiyon ve estetik sağlanabilmektedir. Bu derleme çalışmasında, dört implant üzeri sabit protetik restorasyon konseptinin genel özellikleri, avantaj,dezavantajları ve başarıoranlarından bahsedilmektedir.
