Vekuronyum'a bağlı uzamış rezidüel nöromüsküler bloklu morbid obez hastada sugammadeks

Morbid obezite, kişi için günlük hayatta birçok sağlık sorunu oluşturmakla birlikte anestezi uygulamaları açısından da önemli bir risk faktörüdür. Morbid obez olgularda kolin esteraz enzim inhibitörlerine yanıt alınamayan rezüdüel nöromusküler blokajlara da sık rastlanmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda, sugammadeks ile uzamış nöromüsküler blokajın hızlı bir şekilde geriye döndürüldüğü morbid obez bir olgu tartışılmıştır.
