Anal bölgede malign dev kondilom

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) enfeksiyonu, cinsel yolla bulaşan en yaygın hastalıklardan biridir. Bu çalışmada, 6 yıldır anal bölgesinde büyüyen kitle şikayeti olan 50 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Hastaya dev anal kondilom tanısı konularak cerrahi eksizyon uygulanmış ve patolojisinde birkaç alanda skuamöz hücreli karsinom odakları rapor edilmiş, postoperatif dönemde radyoterapi yapılmıştır. Altı aylık takipte nüks izlenmemiştir. Sonuç olarak, dev anal kondilomların etkin tedavisi cerrahidir.

Giant malign melanoma in anal region

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted disease. In this study, 50 years old male patient is presented with a growing mass in anal region for 6 years. Surgical exicision was performed with a giant anal condyloma diagnose and squamose cell carcinoma in few areas was reported in pathology specimen, radiotheraphy was performed in the postoperative period. There was no recurrence in six months period. As a result, surgery is an effective theraphy for giant anal condylomas..
