ÖZETEğitim Fakültelerinde 1998-1999 eğitim öğretim yılından itibarenöğretmen eğitiminde yeniden yapılanmaya gidilmiştir. Öğretmenlikuygulaması dersleri de bu kapsamda okutulmaya başlanan derslerdenbirisidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Eğitim fakültelerinde 8. dönemde okutulanöğretmenlik uygulaması dersinde öğretmen adaylarına, kazandırılmakistenen hedef davranışları ne düzeyde gerçekleştirebildiklerini ortayaçıkarmaktır. Bu amaçla öğretmen adaylarına 40 soruluk anketuygulanmıştır. Ankete verilen cevapların frekans, yüzde ve aritmetikortalamaları alınmış, varyans analizi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlaragöre öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin öğretmen adayları üzerinde çokolumlu bir etki bıraktığı, ayrıca, fakülte ve uygulama okulları arasındakiiletişim ve işbirliği düzeyinin artırılması ve uygulamada görev alacaköğretmenleri bilgilendirmek amacıyla seminerler düzenlenmesi gerektiğisonucuna varılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler; Öğretmenlik uygulaması, öğretmen eğitimi, öğretmenadayları.ABSTRACTTHE EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF THE TEACHINGPRACTICE COURSES ON TEACHER CANDIDAESAfter the 1998-1999 Education Term, Education Facultiesstarted reformation studies in teacher education. Teaching practice courses isone of the lesson which was begun to be taught in this context. The aim ofthis study is to determine to what extent the objectives of the TeachingPratjce Course, which is taught in the 8th term of Education faculties, can beachived. For this reason, a questionnaire of 40 questions was given to theteacher candidates. The frequency, and the means of the answers werecalculated and a variance analysis was applied. According to the finding, itwas fonnd that Teaching Pactice Course has very positive effects on theteacher candidates; and that it is necessary to improve the relationships andthe cooperation between the faculties and practice and to organizeseminarsto inform the teachers who will serve in Teaching Practice Courses.Key words: Teaching Practice, Teacher Education, Teacher Candidates.
