ÖZETBu çalışmada Erzurum ili ile ilgili sosyal ve sektörel (Turizm,Sağlık ve Ulaştırma) alandaki mevcut eğitim ihtiyaçları tesbit edilerek buihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri ve seçenekler geliştirilmiştir.Araştırma genel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucundaeğitim ve sektörel alanda nitelikli, işgücüne ihtiyaç olduğu tesbit edilmiştir.
