II. Bâyezid’e Sunulan ve Fâtih Sultan Mehmed Dönemi İçin Önemli Bir Eser Olan Siyasetnâme’nin Müellifi Meselesi

Fâtih Sultan Mehmed devrine dair oldukça önemli bilgiler ihtiva eden ve müellifi bilinmeyen Arapça bir Siyasetnâme bulunmaktadır. II. Bâyezid’e sunulan eser geçtiğimiz yıl yayınlandı ve müellifinin kim olabileceği hakkında muhtelif yorumlar yapılarak bazı ihtimaller üzerinde duruldu. Sonuç olarak ise eserin müellifi olarak en uygun adayın Molla Gürânî olduğu ifade edildi. Bu çalışma Siyasetnâme’nin müellifinin Tursun Bey olma ihtimalinin kuvvetle muhtemel olduğunu muhtelif delillerle ortaya koymak ve eserin Fâtih Sultan Mehmed dönemi için ne derece önemli olduğuna dair derğerlendirmelerde bulunmak gayesiyle kaleme alındı.

Question of the Identity of the Author of the Book of Politics Which Was Important for Mehmed II Era and Presented to Bayezid II

There is an Arabic book of politics of an anonymous author that contains valuable information for Mehmed the Conqueror era. This work, which was presented to Bayezid II, was published in last year and some possibilities about the identity of the author were stressed by various comments. At the end it was concluded that Molla Gürânî was the best possible candidate for the authorship of this work. This study was made in order to show that there is a strong possibility that it was Tursun Beg who was the author of this work by several proofs, and evaluate this book of politics as its importance to Mehmed the Conqueror era.
