In this study with different sources of collaterals and different credit ratings the credit price of corporate credits and retails credits of Small and Medium sized Enterprise (SME) are investigated with Basel I, Basel II standard based and Internal Rating Based assumptions. In this context it’s observed that, the credit price differs among corporate and retail credits under relevant assumptions. The most relevant credit price comes out with Internal Rating Based assumptions. Nevertheless the volatility of the credit price of retail credits are lower than corporate credits with respect to Internal Rating Based.
