KRİZ GÜNDEMİNDE AB GÖÇ POLİTİKASININ YETKİLER, HEDEFLER VE ARAÇLAR İTİBARİYLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: SINIR YÖNETİMİ ÖRNEĞİ

2015 göç krizi ile birlikte Avrupa Birliği (AB) bütünleşmesinin sorgulanmaya başlanması üzerine yürütülen bu çalışma, AB göç politikasını bütüncül olarak incelemektedir. Göç alanında Birlik yetkilerinin genişlemesine karşılık, kimi üye devletlerde AB şüpheciliği ve AB’den ayrılma veya onu dönüştürme talepleri öne çıkmıştır. Bağımsız ulusal politikalar izleme taleplerinin geçerliliğini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla, AB göç politikasının hedefleri ile hukuki, mali ve kurumsal araçları, hükümetlerarasılık ve ulusüstülük gerilimi bağlamında değerlendirilmektedir.
