Gebelikle İlgili Olmayan Cerrahi; Gebe Hastanın Bakımı

Bu makalenin amacı, gebelikle ilgili olmayan cerrahi uygulanan gebe hastaların bakımı hakkında cerrahi hemşirelerini bilgilendirmektir. Bu kapsamda ele alınan derleme makalede; gebelik sırasında meydana gelen fizyolojik değişikliklerin açıklanması, gebelikle ilgili olmayan cerrahi uygulanan gebe hastalar için potansiyel komplikasyonların ve kullanılabilecek ilaçların belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Ayrıca gebe hastanın ameliyat öncesi, sırası ve sonrası bakımında dikkat edilecek noktalar vurgulanmıştır

Patient Activation in Chronic Diseases: Concept Analyse

The object of this article is to educate perioperative nurses about caring for pregnant patients who are undergoing nonobstetric surgery. Aim of this paper is the explanation of the physiological changes that ocur during pregnancy, potential complication for surgery applied pregnant patients which does not related with pregnancy and to identify the suitable drugs for cure. Also the important points of the care before surgery, during surgery and postoperation of pregnant patient are emphasized.
