Tarihte Türk-Rus ilişkileri (1878-1923)

Moskova Knezi'nin 1492 yılında, İstanbul'a bir elçilik heyetini göndermesi esas alınırsa, Türk-Rus ilişkilerinde 516 yıllık bir zaman dilimini geride bırakmış bulunuyoruz. Her iki ülkenin Karadeniz'e açılan kıyılarının olması, Boğazlar ve Türkiye'nin jeostratejik konumu nedeniyle sözü edilen süreç tek düze olmayıp, çalkantılı bir süreçtir. Yer yer emperyal amaçlar ön plana çıkmış, ama dayanışma ve dostluklar da sergilenmiştir. Günümüzde ise, ülkeler arasında çok geniş bir yelpazedeki ticari ilişkiler ivme kazanmış, karşılıklı çıkarlar baskın hale gelmiştir. Ancak Türkiye, Rusya Federasyonu'nun 1991'de geçirdiği sarsıntılı dönemi geride bıraktığı, enerji kaynaklarını denetim altına alıp, Avrasya politikalarını yönlendirerek yeniden "hegemon bir güç" olduğu gerçeğini de göz ardı etmemelid ir. Bu çalışmada, konu başlığı kapsamında olmak üzere Türk-Rus ilişkileri, evreler halinde ele alınmış ve geleceğe yönelik bir çıkarsama yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.

The Turkish-Russian Relations In History (1878-1923)

If it is taken basis the Knezi's of Moscow sending an Embassy Delegation to İstanbul in 1492, we have left past for a period of 516 years within the Turkish-Russian relations. Having shores which are opening to the Black Sea of both countries, due to the Straits and the jeostrategical position of Turkey, the mentioned period is not without defects, on the contrarary is an agitated period. From time to time the imperial purposes have taken priority, but solidarity and friendship have been exhibited as well. Nowadays, the trade relations have increased in a large scale and the opposite profits have been dominant. But Turkey, should not ignore the reality of the Russia Fedaration has become " a hegomony power" over again by controlling the energy sources and directing the "Euro-Asia" policies. In this study, the Turkish-Russian relations have been taken into hand in phases within the subject topic and has been tried to get a conclusion towards the future.
