Sigara tiryakilerinde bleomycin'in kromozomal düzensizliklere etkisi

Bu çalışmada yaşları 25-30 arasında değişen ve ortalama olarak günde 40 sigara içen 5 erkek bireyde bleomycin'in kromozomlar üzerindeki etkisi araştırıldı. Deneklere ait periferik kanda 0.3 µg/ml, 3 µg/ml ve 30 µg/ml dozunda bleomycin 6, 24 ve 48 saat süre ile in-vitro koşullarda uygulanarak yapılan lenfosit kültüründe, toplam 3000 metafaz incelenmiştir. Yapısal kromozom düzensizlikleri artan bleomycin dozunun artışı ile pozitif yönde etkilenmektedir. Toplam yapısal kromozom düzensizliklerinin incelenen metafaz sayısına oranı kontrol gruplarında %25.2 iken, 0.3 µg/ml bleomycin dozunda %47.3, 3 µg/ml Bleomycin dozunda %76 ve 30 µg/ml bleomycin dozunda ise %116.8 olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, doz artışına paralel olarak yapısal düzensizliklerin çeşitlerinde, niteliklerinde ve oranlarında da düzenli bir artma olmaktadır.

The effects of bleomycin on the structural abnormalities of chromosomes in smokers

Bleomycin in doses 0.3, 3 and 30 µg/ml was used with periods 6, 24 and 48 hours on 5 male samples who were smokers, in in-vitro conditions and under control so totally 3000 metaphases were evaluated. Structural chromosome aberrations were influenced by the increases in dosage. While the ratio total structural aberrations to the number of metaphases examined was 25.2% in control groups, It was 47.3% in 0.3 µg/ml group, 76% in 3 µg/ml and rose up to 116.8% in 30 µg/ml experiment group. In addition due to the increases in dosage, there was an increase in structural aberration quantities and qualities.
