Gaucher hastalığında santral sinir sistemi tutulumu: Radyolojik demonstrasyon olgu sunumu

Gaucher's hastalığı en sık görülen sfingolipid depo hastalığıdır. Santral sinir sistemi tutulumu çok nadirdir ve santral sinir sistemi tutulumu görüntüleme bulguları nonspesifiktir. Bu olguda, Gaucher hastalığının santral sinir sistemi tutulumu serebrospinal sıvı incelemesi ile kanıtlanmış bir hastadaki bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans bulguları tanımlanacaktır.

Central nervous system involvement in Gaucher disease: Radiological demonstration case report

Gaucher's disease is most common sphyngolipid storage disease. Central nervous system involvement is very rare and imaging findings of this involvement is not specific. In this case report, we described computed tomographic and magnetic resonance findings of cerebral involvement verified with cerebrospinal fluid examination in a patient with Gaucher's disease.
