Sağda gecikmiş karaciğer herniyasyonlu, travmatik bilateral diyafragma rüptürü

Bilateral diyafragma rüptürü nadir bir patolojidir. İnsidansı % 0.8-5 dir. Bizim olgumuz, sağda gecikmiş karaciğer herniasyonlu bilateral diyafragma rüptürüdür. Biz ultrasonografi, bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme bulgularını literatür eşliğinde tekrar gözden geçirdik.

Bilateraly diaphragmatic traumatic rupture with delayed and liver herniation of right diaphragmatic rupture

Bilateraly diyafragmatic rupture is a rare pathology. The incidence is regarded 0.8-5%. Here we reported a bilateraly diyafragmatic rupture with delayed right diyafragmatic liver herniation. We review the literature and we mentioned the important radiologic findings of the patology with ultrasonoghraphy, Computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging.
